Looks like Dapper-Dare-Devil Don Juan (say that 3 times real fast) and all around Ladies Man, “Ballon Man” is at it again. This time the suave “Artiste” has demasculated The Master Chief himself into little more than a collection of used condoms. Ok, I made that condom part up…or DID I!?
